Garrett & Shreya | Sequoia National Park
We were lucky enough to travel out to California last October, to shoot Garrett & Shreya’s adventure wedding in Sequoia National Park, and it truly is a wedding we will talk about forever!
We quickly met Shreya & Garrett before their rehearsal dinner, where we took a drive into the mountains and stopped for a quick engagement shoot. Immediately, these two were naturals in front of the camera, and we knew that their wedding the following day would be more of the same; hella fun!
After a relaxed rehearsal dinner (which was really just a chance to hang out with friends and eat pizza-yes please), we woke up on the morning of the wedding so excited for the day ahead.
From the airstream trailer, handwritten vows, and carefully written and printed maps to the ceremony site, every single detail was note worthy. We drove through Sequoia National Park to Beetle Rock, the most epic and breath taking place to have a wedding ceremony. Garrett & Shreya’s vows were so personal, so funny and deep, we cried along with everyone else.
After what can only be described as a photographer’s dream couple’s session amongst the Redwoods, we headed to the reception for incredible food and dancing and more tear jerking speeches. It was simply, perfect.
This wedding would inspire any couple who are lovers of adventure, and honestly it makes me want to plan our wedding all over again.
